Project Management
Optilan is able to deliver true ‘Turnkey’ telecommunications and security systems, combining high level design, systems integration, test and installation with network cabling, jointing and test services. The result is a fully integrated system, the design and implementation of which is supervised from a single source, the Optilan Project Manager
The Project Manager acts as a single point of contract with the client, attending at all client progress meetings, and responsible for all interfaces with subcontractors and suppliers.
He also selects and co-ordinates the cross-disciplinary Project Engineering Team, bringing together an in-house talent base which may include Network Planners, CAD Designers, Workshop Engineers, Cable or Camera Installation & Civil Works Managers together with Project, Quality and Documentation Engineers.
Working with Optilan’s own custom-built systems, the Project Manager uses performance and cost control analysis tools to ensure Best Value Engineering and timely, on-budget project delivery. |
